Hello my name is Mrs Minter.I am the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator for Fletching and Chailey St Peters CE Primary schools.We want to ensure that all children enjoy a full curriculum even if they have needs that are different from, or additional to, those of other children.We aim to identify children with additional needs as early as possible, and then work to provide them with the appropriate support to enable them to thrive. -

Hello my name is Mrs Orwin.
I am the year 5/6 teacher and Deputy Head.
I have been teaching at Fletching for just over 4 years and really enjoy being part of our Fletching family.
I am a mum to two children, a boy and a girl, who keep me really busy!
We enjoy playing games together and my daughter really likes it when we bake and get the craft box out.
I am also the Maths lead at Fletching and Chailey St Peter's, which I enjoy lots as I love to solve problems and find patterns within numbers. I am also very sociable and love to talk. Sometimes I can't stop!!

HI! My name is Mrs Potter!I started Fletching full time in September 2021. Before that I was in our partner/federated school "Chailey st Peter's"I teach Reception, year 1 and 2 (Ladybirds and Caterpillars) and love every minute!I am also the Spanish teacher for both schools.I love Languages and Music and have just started a " School of Rock" club here at Fletching!In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my 2 girls, (who also attend our wonderful School!) seeing friends and visiting national trust places.Mantente bien y dios te bendiga -

I have a passion for cooking and love to try out new recipes. As a family, we try and grow as much fruit and vegetables our garden allows and enjoy eating our rewards.
We are blessed to live near Ashdown Forest where we enjoy long walks and listen out for the resident cuckoos.

Hello, my name is Mrs Martin.I am an Individual Needs Assistant across years 5 and 6 and I enjoy interacting with and watching the children learn. Â ÂI love to dance and sing, I'm always dancing. So much so that I have just become a qualified Zumba Instructor! ÂI have two small children who keep me on my toes, there's always an adventure afoot in our house. Our home wouldn't be complete without our very bouncy dog Peggy-Sue and our pet snakes Kara and Smeagle. -
